The Extra's

Pets

We have the pleasure of having the best cat and dogs in the world. They are all up to date on vaccines. The pets are around the children in a supervised setting as this has been found to promote social interactions with children and to provide comfort and companionship.

Smoking

In accordance with the New Brunswick Smoke-Free Places Act, smoking is prohibited at Forest Park Estates Early Learning and Childcare. This includes the entire property whether inside or outside. For individuals who do smoke, we ask that you do so out of sight from the children. We would also ask that you do not throw cigarettes or matches on the ground outside.

Environmental Health

We ask that you please do not let your car idle as young lungs are at work!

There are bugs in this beautiful world of ours, but sometimes they leave nasty bites! It is up to you if you’d like to send insect repellant for your child(ren). If you would like to, a permission form will need to be completed for application of insect repellant.

Although shade is part of the outdoor play area, the kids still do play in the sun. Please send a sunscreen with a minimum 15 spf and a hat in the spring and summer.
